PayPal Launches Crypto Services on The World in 2021
While only 10% of US-based PayPal users currently have access to crypto services.Cryptocurrency users are predicted to increase by 89% by mid-2021. The CEO of PayPal also revealed that PayPal virtual currency service will be available to international customers and this coincides with the launch of the Venmo mobile payment app in the first year of 2021.
Besides of that, PayPal not just making crypto services for trader, PayPal giving spaces for marketplace to bring out buyers and seller in the same site to do all transaction of Bitcoin, Ethereum or other cryptocurrencies.
PayPal have planning to push aggressively the crypto sector next year during the company's Q3 2020 earnings call, including plans to support a central bank digital currency (CBDC). Not to mention that many people in the world, especially those aged 18 to 28, entrust bitcoin rather than buying stocks.
Bitcoin is valued like gold which has a high value every month and continues to experience significant changes. The nature of bitcoin as a very safe investment makes young people save their money to buy bitcoin even though the market price is quite high.
Bitcoin (BTC) had strengthened in July 2020 at 13,000 or 190,999,000, This is the third increase since the highest increase in 2017. From October until November 2020 too Bitcoin always rise up on google search. That's the reasons why PayPal continues to observe the bitcoin market or cryptocurrency as a valuable investment asset in the long term
